Hello friends! today I am going to share a collection of tools and blog widgets that will help you design, optimize, and style your website.
Here are some of the useful widgets I found over the Internet.
1. Outbrain. If you want free related post widget, try this site. This is like link within but highly popular and endorsed by huge companies.
2. Adam Kalsey Button Maker. This site is for creating those chiclet banner. It is usually used in most blogs for exchanging links.
3. My pagerank. Another tool useful for checking your site pagerank and SEO.
4. Skype button. If you are active on skype this widget will be useful
5. Rockyou Horoscope. Not something I would personally use, but some people are into horoscope. Hell, most people are into horoscope. Anyway, this widget shows horoscope (doh!) and does it in a nicely designed colorful box.
6. Blogthings. Add a quiz results to your blog. I recommend this to personal type of blogs or fashion.
7. Brilliant Button Maker. Another button maker site.
8. Bunchball. Gamificate your blog.
9. Cafepress. Create a store with your logo or blog design.
10. Clocklink. Add a free flash clock widget.
11. Emoticons4u. Put smileys and emoticons to your site.
12. Feedjit. Add traffic and visitor count on your blogsite.
13. Flickr. Get photos for your blog.
14. Gapingvoid. The gapingvoid widget lets you display Hugh Macleod latest cartoon on your web site or blog. When your visitors click the cartoon they'll see a full size version of it.
15. Glassybuttons. Adds buttons to your site.
17. Googlegadget. This site contains many blogger widgets and add-ons.
18. Gravatar. Get a Gravatar to identify yourself when you post comments on a blog that accepts gravatars.
19. Imageshack. Hosts images for your blog.
20. Imood. Put your mood in your blog.
21. Kineda Blogger Ranking Widget. Labels a blogger if they are a celebrity blogger or not.
22. Meez. A 3d Avatar for you.
23. Moodsticker. Moodsticker tracks the current mood of LiveJournal users.
24. Photobucket. Host images to your blog.
25. Snap. Adding context to your site.
26. Twitter badge. This badge allows your fans to follow you on Twitter.
27. Pingler. Ping your URL for free.
28. Pollhost. Adds polls to your blog.
29. Quizilla. Create your own quizzes.
30. Sitemeter. Grab a a counter for your blog or traffic measurement tools.
31. Street Sign Generator. Makes a street sign, tombstone, warning sign and warning label for your blog.
32. Mytimelines. Need to create a timeline? Seek no further. This widget makes it really easy.
33. Polldaddy. Creates fast and easy polls for your site.
34. AnswerTips. Display definitions from Answers.com for various terms on your blog. The definitions are shown in bubbles which are activated on doubleclick.
35. AnswerBoxes. Give your visitors a chance to enter a term themselves, and get a definition from Answers.com
36. LibraryThing. Show your books you are currently reading.
37. Plaxo Address Book. Let your most faithful visitors access their address books direclty from your site.
38. Websmiley. Put animated emoticons for your blog.
39. Wunderground. Add a weather sticker to your site.
40. 3jam - lets your visitors send messages to your mobile phone, without them knowing your phone number.
41. Jaxtr - with Jaxtr, your visitors can actually call you to your mobile phone; again, your number stays private.
42. Price of Gas. Displaying gas prices on your blog might seem unnecessary to some, but it’s cool if you have a traffic/travel related blog.
43. Daily Painters. Display various paintings to your blog.
44. aStore. Creates a mini store for Amazon Associates.
45. Mixmap. Create a Myspace visitor map.
46. Adsense parser. A tool used to put adsense ads on blogger templates.
